Returns & Store Credit Policy
We accept returns on eligible items that meet the following conditions:
✔️ Items are damaged, defective, or shipped in error
✔️ Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
✔️ Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the approved item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees.
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to non-defective items returned for reasons other than error or damage. Store credits can be used toward future purchases by applying the discount at checkout.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

Email us at Beautique3@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Include a copy of your original invoice and a note indicating the item(s) being returned.

Use the most affordable shipping method available—return shipping fees are not reimbursed.

Package items securely using original or protective packaging.
Please note: Returns sent without original packaging may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

Clearance and sale items

Gift cards and consignment items
Due to hygiene and quality standards, absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be issued on these items.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit to be applied toward your next purchase.
