WIG POLICIES

Here is a luxurious, professional, and policy-compliant update to your Custom/Stock Wig Policies, now with improved clarity, a customer-facing disclaimer, and brand-aligned tone:

Beautique Custom & Stock Wig Policies

We take great pride in crafting every unit with the highest level of care, skill, and intention. Each Beautique Luxe Unit is treated as a personalized crown—built to reflect our commitment to quality, professionalism, and luxury.

Materials, Construction & Fit

Each wig is constructed using premium-quality materials and executed with precision to exceed expectations. The fit of your unit is directly dependent on the accuracy of the head measurements provided. Beautique assumes no responsibility for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate client measurements.

Please handle your wig with care. Lace, virgin hair, and other delicate materials require gentle wear, styling, and storage. Beautique is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper handling

  • Failure to clean or store the unit properly

  • Heat damage or harsh products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping-related damage

We strongly recommend reviewing our Wig Care Guide, available on our website, to help maintain your unit’s longevity and quality.

Wigs Made with Client-Provided Hair (Custom Units)

Beautique acts solely as the construction specialist for wigs using client-provided hair. We are not responsible for the quality, wearability, or performance of any bundles, frontals, or closures you submit.

Please Note:

  • All client-supplied hair must be freshly washed, conditioned, and free of glue, thread, lice, or debris.

  • Used bundles must have wefts no smaller than 6 inches.

  • Hair deemed unusable or unhygienic will be refused and returned at the client’s expense.

  • Any unit deemed “unwearable” due to the quality of your hair will not be reconstructed without an additional service charge.

Color & Styling Services

If you request color services, it is your responsibility to submit 100% premium virgin hair.
Beautique is not liable for:

  • Changes in texture or tone due to bleaching.

  • Damage resulting from hair that is mislabeled or not suitable for chemical processing.

  • Styling that does not meet expectations due to inadequate client communication or reference images.

Please note that all styling inspiration must be provided before the final approval of your wig. Once a style or color is approved, all sales are final unless an error covered under our limited revision policy applies.

Adjustments & Revisions

Beautique stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If minor adjustments are needed—such as loose combs, elastic bands, or light finishing touches—we are happy to provide complimentary revisions for local customers.

For clients outside of the local service area, adjustments will still be provided at no additional cost; however, clients are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning and receiving the unit.

To be eligible for adjustments, all concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Units must be returned in their original, unworn condition to qualify.

Final Sale Policy

All wigs, extensions, custom units, and client-submitted hair services are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be granted outside of the specific adjustments mentioned above.

Disclaimer

Beautique reserves the right to refuse service for any hair that is not deemed clean, safe, or suitable for construction. All clients are expected to review this policy before booking services or submitting hair. By placing a custom order with Beautique, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
